After a stress-filled day come and make use of our dry sauna steam baths or one of our signature treatments.
Sauna
The benefical effects of sauna has been known for centuries. The Fins, who believe that sauna not only purifies the body but also the soul, built the first saunas at the turn of the 6th century. So what is the source of its revitalizing power?
Time spent in a sauna is a warmth therapy treatment which makes use of the effects of hot air (temperatures from 70 to 120 0C). Under the influence of such temperatures changes occur in the heat control system of our bodies. Blood circulation is regulated and our metabolism improved. The skin becomes cleaner and more elastic.
Sauna relaxes, beautifies and enables you to enjoy your youth for longer.
Staem Baths
This equipment has a similar effect to a low temperature sauna, but with a high humidity level. Inside the steam baths the temeprature is relatively low (43 to 48 0C) and the humidity very high, reaching 100%. The effect of hot steam is particularly desireable when treating breathing and reumatoid ailments.
A humid steam bath has a positive influence on the look of the skin through purification and revitalisation. Blood circulation in the capilliaries is also improved. An additional benefit of our steam baths is the chance to test the virtues of aromatherapy.

Massage
This is probably the oldest and simplest of therapies. Ancient civilizations took it as said that massage can help people of all ages with all kinds of ailments. In our culture massage has always been valued in sport and rehabilitation, but just recently it has become a method used in relaxation therapy.
Depending on the desired results, massage can have a stimulatory or calming effect. Varying techniques enable a reduction in nervous tension, which in turn allow the body to release muscle, joint and head aches and pains. A good masseuse can lead us into a state of complete tranquillity and relaxation
Massage, when done correctly, can help to improve circulation, increase the level of haemoglobins in the blood, make the lymph flow easier and stretch the joint tissues.
