Babies are all the time with their mothers taking part in some of the exercises, which will also strengthen the relationship between mum and baby.It is a great continuation of the program for active future mums but is good also for all those who just want to start! Classes are held by professional, experienced instructors, and in completely safe, spacious fitness studio.
Babies should be not younger than 6 weeks and not older than 12 months.
